NO AUTOMATED PHONES

Primus Electronics has not installed automated phone lines, but rather would have your call answered by a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable sales person. We respect the fact that your time is valuable and have elected to add additional staff to keep you from the frustration of "fighting" with automated phones. Primus personnel work hard to answer your call as quickly as possible and minimize the time spent delivering you the customer service that you deserve.

3 STEP QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

We realize the importance of on time and accurate shipments. Primus strives for the high level of excellence it takes to have our customers place their faith and trust in our abilities to deliver. With this most important principle in mind we have instituted a On Time-Quality Assurance program. At 3 different critical steps of the order fulfillment process a manager of Primus Electronics must sign off as to the accuracy of your order. 

Orders are checked for :

• Correct product inclusion accuracy 

• Correct product quantity accuracy

• Correct shipping instructions including temporary and special addresses

• The proper attention to any special instructions of the customer

• Any specially required labeling or package markings

• Proper packaging

• Proper staging of an order if specified by the customer

All in stock orders received by 4:45 P.M. Central time will be shipped out that same day unless requested otherwise.

Toll free order and fax lines are installed for your use. 

Primus Electronics fulfills all customer literature requests on a same day basis. Customers may order all forms of literature, product specifications, newsletters, technical articles etc..

If you so request, we will assign a specific Primus Sales Representative to your account to increase the awareness of your needs and preferences.

Primus Sales representatives will work with you on your scheduled delivery orders to assure that your products will be at your location when requested.

Our highly trained and experienced Sales personnel are well prepared to assist your purchasing needs. The average years experience in the telecommunications industry of the Primus sales staff is over 10 years.
