July 24,2003 - Primus Electronics Corporation announces completion of an agreement to become a full line stocking distributor of TWR Lighting, Inc. 

TWR Lighting is a recognized leader in Tower Lighting systems world wide. Final details of the agreement were completed at the offices of TWR Lighting, on July 23, 2003 in Houston, Texas, with members of upper management of both companies present. Primus Electronics President, Michael Johnson, expressed his excitement regarding the agreement to distribute TWR Lighting products.
