NATE UNITE 2023

  • Feb 28, 2023

Another year, another successful and good time spent at the annual NATE UNITE Conference. This year was held in sunny Orlando, FL at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, which provided a fantastic backdrop to a very well attended event.

The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association (NATE) has been on a very successful roll in the past few years, with membership and show attendance continuing to climb year after year. An attendance record was set a few years ago in Raleigh, NC, and it was easily surpassed this year in Orlando with more than 3,000 registered in total attendance.

Combining a highly complementary blend of educational sessions with tracks geared towards business management as well as tower hands, a fun social schedule, and a venue that provided several high-quality dining and socializing options, this year's event was a great success and ensured that no one was left with a dull moment.

Primus was well represented this year in  the expo hall; Sharon McDonald, Doug Melander, Jacob McNamara, Joe Condon, John Moe and Rob Menees were all on-hand to meet with our current customers and introduce Primus to those not yet familiar with us. We had our highly sought after Primus T-Shirt, which has a brand new design each year, for each show ñ and we showcased the shirt in a new color this year!

An attention getter in our booth this year was the new Viavi ONA800 OneAdvisor which allows a technician the ability to test fiber, RF, and CPRI/Ethernet from a single instrument. Several people stopped by to check out the equipment and enter a raffle for a free unit.

Typically, exhibitors for the annual NATE event are either safety equipment manufacturers, infrastructure material manufacturers, and distributors, but this year there was a very welcome addition to the show floor, in force - tower contractor companies!

Several contractors decided to raise their profile in the market and drive awareness by exhibiting at NATE this year, and from discussions we had with some of these companies, it was highly successful.

Primus always enjoys both the privilege and opportunity to get to meet our customers face-to-face, share stories, friendship, a meal. If we made your acquaintance for the first time ever at this show, well, we certainly look forward to taking good care of you with the best customer service in the industry!

See you all next year!
